Berks County Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Berks County, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, or custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Role
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here or returned by a linked search tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
